An entrepreneur by heart, an engineer by qualification and self-made man. I started my journey with a dream to make a difference in as many people’s lives as possible during my lifetime. I believe the best way to do that is to be in business and create products, services and solutions, that improves people’s lives and contributes positively to the society we live in.

I am proud to lead a company that has positively touched 1000’s of people over the years and made a difference to their lives. At Guhilot, we are now looking ahead into the future with a vision of expanding our product & solution availability to many other geographical regions. I believe it is a lifelong quest and a relentless focus on what’s next that affects all of us.

Since inception in May 1999.

Pioneered in setting up US healthcare-focused BPO/KPO business in Ahmedabad in 1999. Over the years we have combined our deep knowledge in the US healthcare industry with new-age technology to offer innovative, viable and sustainable solutions.

Executive Director

Rananjay, equipped with a robust educational foundation in International Business Management and Finance acquired from Kings College, London, joins Guhilot to inject fresh perspectives into the group, leveraging his global experience, financial expertise, and entrepreneurial drive.

Serving as an executive director since 2021, he has diligently spearheaded strategic endeavours within the organization, enhancing operational efficiency and paving the path for heightened growth in the forthcoming years.

Manager – Healthcare Services

Experienced Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the US Healthcare industry. Skilled in RCM Management & Customer Support, DME Management, Manage Care Organizations, Managed Service Organisations, HMO’s, IPA’s, PPO’s, PFFS Claims Auditing, U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Medical Billing, Payment and Charge Entry. Strong professional with a Master of Business Administration – MBA focused in Business Administration and Management.

Working at Guhilot since July 2018.

Relevant Industry Achievement:

• Resolved billing issues with 50% efficiency.
• Recommended and implemented modifiers to screening codes. Increasing the provider’s revenue by 13%.
• Achieved Level 1 AR position for Consistent High-level performance in the span of 1 year.
• Developed team bonding sessions to promote team building and get to know staff members.

Manager – Risk Adjustment Services

Nirav is CRC Certified (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder) Medical Coder by AAPC (American Academy of Professional Coders). Nirav manages Team of Professional Coders at Guhilot to ensure day to day deliverables are met as per defined requirements. Nirav has a Masters of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics. His in-depth understanding of Human Anatomy, Physiology in conjunction with his area of expertise in drugs Vs disease interaction enables him to deliver accurate Coding results and HEDIS measures abstraction. He ensures that the team is educated and trained as per the latest Coding Guidelines. He manages Risk adjustment coding and HEDIS abstraction at Guhilot.

Nirav is associated with Guhilot since May 2015.

Nirav has a total of 9 years of experience in the Industry. Nirav has established himself as a Proven leader when it comes to managing Process and resource to deliver the desired Output.

Asst Manager – HR

Parth is a seasoned HR Professional, He has received his MBA in Humans resources from Johnson and Wales University, Providence. Rhode Island, USA. At Guhilot he ensures to bring in the right talent for various business verticals. He also ensures talents are recognized and rewarded basis performance. Parth maintains the work environment lively by conducting various events and employee engagement activities.

Parth is associated with Guhilot since July 2019.

Relevant Industry Achievement:
Parth has established himself as a talent acquisition specialist in IT/ITES/KPO and healthcare sector. He is in the HR domain since 2012. He has successfully rolled out various policies to enable smooth functioning of teams and provide support to the Organization.

Manager – Healthcare Services

Chirag is a seasoned professional with nearly 8 years of comprehensive experience in the field of US healthcare. His expertise spans a wide range of areas, including successfully leading the transition of RCM projects, designing efficient healthcare processes, and overseeing the entire process execution. Chirag’s adeptness in hiring and team building, along with his exceptional resource management skills, have been pivotal in creating and managing high-performing teams. Chirag's proficiency in RCM payer contract negotiations and execution has been instrumental in optimizing revenue streams for healthcare organizations. His involvement in credentialing and his in-depth knowledge of California Worker’s Compensation further showcase his command over complex regulatory environments. Chirag’s ability to leverage data analysis and reporting tools underscores his commitment to data-driven decision-making. With his extensive background and well-rounded skill set, he will make impactful contributions to the ever-evolving landscape of US healthcare.

Relevant Industry Achievement:

• Negotiating the provider’s payer contract, increased the client revenue by 3%.
• Reduced the operating cost and average payment days by enrolling the client payments from Virtual/Credit cards to ACH and sharing other valuable insights to reduce the operating cost to the client.

Manager – Healthcare Services

Tushar is a certified professional coder having 10 years of experience in Risk Adjustment. Has varied experience ranging from training coders for their CPC certification to manpower and capacity planning, developing the KPI, root cause analysis. Has worked in close coordination with software development team to design the coding tool. He has in depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
